Join us for a workshop during which you can do something for yourself or a special woman in your life! Mug of strength is a workshop full of creativity and positive energy, where you'll decorate your own unique mug with inspiring quotes and beautiful designs. During the workshop, we’ll introduce you to various ceramic painting techniques to help bring your artistic vision to life.
Come on your own or invite your mom, sister, or best friend—it’s a great opportunity to spend time together and create something truly special. You can paint motivational quotes, feminine silhouettes, delicate florals, or bold, energetic abstracts—whatever makes your mug a daily source of strength and inspiration!

GODDESSES AND MUSES - CREATIVE EVENING WITH WINE
Step into a world of myth, beauty, and creativity! Spend this year's INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY in MaluMika at a special ceramic painting workshop inspired by the grace of Greek goddesses, the muses of art, and the elegance of classical mythology. And to make this evening even more delightful, we’ll be serving delicious wine!
During the workshop, you’ll learn painting techniques that will help you bring divine motifs to life on your chosen ceramic piece. Will it be inspired by delicate floral patterns from ancient amphorae, golden laurel wreaths, or the flowing robes of mythical figures? The choice is yours!
Your ceramic piece will be fired and ready for pickup about 10 days later.

CLAY WORKSHOP FOR KIDS - A GIFT FOR MOM FOR WOMEN'S DAY
We invite our youngest artists to a two-part ceramic workshop, where we’ll get the chance to create our own gifts for our favourite women - our moms!
👩🎨 March 7th (Saturday), I group 11:00 AM - 12:00 AM, II group 12:00 AM - 1:00 PM – during the first session, we will create small ceramic forms such as magnets, jewelry, decorations or anything your imagination desires! Under the guidance of an instructor, you will learn selected handbuilding and shaping techniques – we’ll show you tried-and-true methods that allow you to achieve great results even if it’s your first time working with clay.
This session will be held at our second location: Władysława Łokietka 9, 50-243 Wrocław.
👩🎨 The second session (painting/glazing workshop) will take place after your pieces have been fired, approximately 2–3 weeks later – the exact date will be arranged individually. You will then decorate your forms with colorful glazes. Your work will then be fired again in the kiln.

Creative Mornings at Malumika is a fantastic ceramic painting adventure where children and adults can let their imaginations run wild and create something truly unique! During the workshops, we will present various ceramic painting techniques and themes:

CLAY MOLDING COURSE
Course dedicated to those who wish to start their adventure with clay.
Do you dream of making your own bowl, mug, or plate? Or maybe you have an idea for a unique soap dish or a small tray for your keys?
We invite you to a course where you will learn clay modeling and ceramic decorating techniques from scratch. A generous dose of knowledge and practice will give you an excellent foundation for further developing your skills and creating imaginative ceramic pieces.
Course program:
Day 1 DESIGN → March 11th, 2026
A brief history of clay
- Theory of working with clay
- Discussion and presentation of ceramic kilns
- Designing and sketching your forms
Day 2 MOLDING → March 18th, 2026
- Preparing the clay for further work
- Clay forming and decorating techniques
- Shaping your designed forms
- The pieces you make will be fired by us
Day 3 PAINTING/GLAZING WORKSHOP → To be scheduled individually, 2–3 weeks after the shaping session
- Discussion of glaze properties and types
- Techniques for decorating ceramic forms
- Painting the fired pieces
- Painted pieces will be fired by us and ready for pickup
This course is intended for adults and teenagers aged 15+, and includes 3 sessions of 2–3 hours each, for a total of 8 hours of workshop time. The course fee covers all materials, tools, and double firing of your pieces. Completed ceramic items become the property of the participant. Works will be stored for up to 30 days after the course ends. We reserve the right to use uncollected works for educational purposes.

PAINT AND WINE - workshop with wine
Join us for a special evening full of art and good wine! On Friday, March 13th, we’re hosting a ceramic painting workshop where creative expression meets relaxing vibes – all with a glass of wine in hand. During the workshop, we’ll guide you through both basic and more advanced ceramic painting techniques. Each participant will choose a ceramic piece to decorate – options include mugs, cups, plates, or bowls – up to a value of 120 PLN. You’ll be free to design it your own way, and if you're looking for ideas, we’ve got plenty of inspiration on site.

SPRING FOLK DESIGN - STEP BY STEP WORKSHOP
We invite you to a workshop dedicated to spring folk patterns, full of color, plants, and, of course, beautiful flowers! During this meeting, we will focus on patterns from the Łowicz region, but any other styles are welcome. Participants will decorate selected forms, learning how to build symmetrical arrangements, combine intense colors, and create expressive details inspired by Polish folk art. The workshop is accessible and suitable for those with no experience – we will create step by step, under the guidance of our local artist!

CLAY WORKSHOP - NERIKOMI TECHNIQUE
Nerikomi is a traditional Japanese ceramic technique that involves creating patterned vessels by combining different colors of clay before shaping them, allowing the patterns to permeate the entire mass. Floral patterns, marbled patterns, or mosaics—you can create all of these in our new, two-part workshop!
👩🎨 March 17th (Tuesday), 5:00–8:00 PM –During the first meeting, each participant will receive 0.5 kg of white clay and 5 previously prepared colored clays of 100 g each, from which we will create simple ceramic forms: bowls, cups, plates or other utilitarian and decorative objects. Under the guidance of an instructor, you will learn selected handbuilding and shaping techniques – we’ll show you tried-and-true methods that allow you to achieve great results even if it’s your first time working with clay.

MONSTERA LEAVES ON CERAMICS
Monstera leaves remain one of our most popular shapes - and luckily for us they look great on ceramics! Believe it or not, it’s quite easy to do - just find a pattern and voila! The rest you’ll find out at the workshop. You have the choice of many ceramic forms - plates, mugs, boxes, bowls - you choose what you want to paint!

CUERDA SECA
Cuerda seca is a traditional method of decorating ceramics originating from Andalusia. It involves drawing the lines of the designed motif with a special mixture that will create the outlines of the pattern. We fill the spaces between the lines with different colored glazes - the previously painted lines separate the glazes and prevent them from mixing. During the workshop, we will show you exactly how it all works and help you implement your artistic ideas. We will have design suggestions for you, but you can also look for inspiration yourself and come with a ready-made design.
Due to the nature of the workshops, the number of places is limited, so please make a reservation as soon as possible.

GET INSPIRED BY: MONDRIAN
We invite you to the "get inspired" workshop devoted to the art of Piet Mondrian. Mondrian was a Dutch painter and art theoretician who is regarded as one of the greatest artists of the 20th century. Mondrian's art was highly utopian and was concerned with a search for universal values and aesthetics. At the workshop, we will have a few examples of Mondrian’s art, which you will be able to copy or create your own work inspired by his art. A good time awaits you in an artistic atmosphere.

CLAY WORKSHOP
We invite you to a two-part ceramic workshop, perfect for those who have already worked with clay or want to create a simple project in a relaxed, creative atmosphere.
👩🎨 March 27th(Friday), 5:00–8:00 PM – during the first session, we will create simple ceramic forms such as bowls, mugs, plates, or other functional and decorative items. Under the guidance of an instructor, you will learn selected handbuilding and shaping techniques – we’ll show you tried-and-true methods that allow you to achieve great results even if it’s your first time working with clay.
This session will be held at our second location: Władysława Łokietka 9, 50-243 Wrocław.
👩🎨 The second session (painting/glazing workshop) will take place after your pieces have been fired, approximately 2–3 weeks later – the exact date will be arranged individually. You will then decorate your forms with colorful glazes. Your work will then be fired again in the kiln.
The painting/glazing workshop session will take place at our studio: Władysława Jagiełły 3/5, 50-201 Wrocław.
📌 Who is it for? Adults and teenagers aged 12+ – no prior experience required.
If you’re looking for a more intensive course with in-depth knowledge of various clay-building techniques, we also invite you to our 3-day ceramic course – perfect for those who want to create more complex pieces or further develop their skills.
